Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped securely by UPS ground from our warehouses in Tampa (Florida) and Las Vegas (Nevada) to your door. No matter where you live in the USA, our shipping calculator at the check-out will work out the shipping cost BEFORE you commit to your purchase. Allow a week from the time of ordering to the time you should expect to receive your products. Usually, however they will arrive inside the week. Compare the cost of buying our products at stores to the total cost of products+shipping with us. The value of ordering online will be obvious, not to mention the convenience.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Products

Have confidence in ordering from Easy Inflatable Boats. If you are dissatisfied you may return the item within 30 days of receiving the order. We refund your credit card less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. In the event that you do need to return a product, please ensure the product is in original condition, keep the original packaging and receipt/packing slip, and then email us at support@easyinflatableboats.com for further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Have confidence in ordering from Easy Inflatable Boats. We warrant that if under normal usage your product is defective in material or workmanship, you have 30 days from shipment to return the product for replacement. Please ensure the product is packaged safely in original packaging, has the receipt/ packing slip and a note explaining the problem. Then email us at support@easyinflatableboats for further instructions. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse will not be refunded. Larsenbiz expressly disclaims all express warranties not stated herein and all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Backorder Policy

At Larsenbiz we endeavour to keep easyinflatableboats.com up-to-date by clearly marking when a product is temporarily unavailable. In the rare instance that an item goes on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@easyinflatableboats.com to cancel an order.
